Policies & FAQ
PUNCTUALITY
At Simply Beauty Hair Designs we strive to always be on time for our guests. If we are running significantly behind, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way we can ensure our punctuality is if each guest in our salon arrives on time for their appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to refuse services or alter services so it does not affect the following scheduled appointments. Fees may apply.
CANCELLATIONS
Your time is valuable and so is ours. We reserve your scheduled time especially for you. If rescheduling your appointment or changing your service is necessary, a 48 hour notice is requested. If cancelling/changing/rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours notice, a fee will be required before booking your next appointment. This fee is at each stylist discretion. All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are tracked. Thank you for your understanding.
RE-DOs / REFUNDS
We prides ourselves on doing a thorough consultation prior to each service to ensure 100% happiness. We realize that sometimes once you get home you may find something you'd like to adjust. Please contact us within 7 days if you are dissatisfied with your hair and we will immediately meet with you to discuss further steps.
FRIENDS & CHILDREN
Our salon family is very important to us! That being said, we want all guests to be able to relax during their appointment. Because of our limited space, please use discretion when bringing your children and friends if they do not have an appointment.
SICK POLICY
If you have been sick in the last 48 hours, please contact your stylist as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to get your appointment rescheduled in a timely manner. Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, or if anyone in your household has the flu/lice.
